Wera Bits

9 Wera bits. 1 holder 813 R Kraftform with Rapidaptor quick-release chuck, multi-component for high working speeds and particularly ergonomic screwdriving. A screwdriver set cannot be more compact Kraftform holder with Rapidaptor quick-release chuck Torsion design of the bits against premature wear Tough viscous bits for universal use Convenient and robust storage Why is the right tool so often not at hand? The reason: too many tools and overly-heavy tool bags can make it bothersome to carry them onsite. So for us it was a clear challenge: to design a tool that is suitable for a whole host of applications and can be easily taken along to jobs at other sites. Our solution: Kraftform Kompakt tools. A handle into which blades with a range of different profiles can be inserted. Compactly and protectively housed in a light and robust textile pouch or plastic box. Handle/interchangeable blade system The handle/interchangeable blade system allows rapid exchange of the blades required for a wide range of applications. Manual and power tool operations The sets come with a Kraftform handle, quick-release chuck and bits for manual and power tool operations. Rapidaptor holder Rapid bit change without needing any additional tools. One-hand operation with a freely spinning sleeve for simplified guidance of the tool. Kraftform The basic idea for the prototype of the Kraftform handle - that the hand should dictate the design - has, right through to today, proved to be correct. In cooperation with the internationally recognised Fraunhofer IAO Institute, Wera developed a screwdriver handle designed to match the shape of the human hand as long ago as the 1960s. After a long development phase, the Wera Kraftform handle was launched to the market in 1968. It has been optimised through the years with new technologies, but has kept its proven shape. After all, the human hand has not changed either. Prevents hand injuries The outstanding design of the Kraftform handle that fits perfectly into the hand prevents hand injuries such as blisters and calluses. Storage and transport In a robust storage box. Wera Ratchet Wrench

As installation spaces become increasingly confined, it remains necessary that tools enable users to work successfully. Narrow spaces require additional placement points of the tool, to allow screws to be accessed and actuated. Can spanners be modified so that the placement possibilities of the tool increase? The combination of the 7.5° offset open end and the double hexagon geometry doubles the placement points. A repeated 180° turn of the wrench around the longitudinal axis during screwdriving provides four placement possibilities, and bolts or screw heads can be “taken” every 15°. The Joker 6003 with its smart open end geometry significantly expands the range of uses in confined spaces. The Joker 6003 will automatically find the respective placement point after every turn. The slim yet robust ring side is tilted by 15° to the tool axis. The high-quality surface treatment achieves a high and long-lasting corrosion protection. With Take it easy tool finder: colour coding by size. The Joker pouches are suitable for attachment to walls, shelves, workshop trolleys and the Wera 2go system thanks to the hook and loop fastener system on the back. Especially suitable for tight spaces The special open end geometry expands the placement possibilities of the tool The low return angle in the open end “takes” the screw every 15° Slim ring side with 15° crank Suitable for docking with the Wera 2go system For very tight spaces The Joker 6003 ring spanner with its special open end geometry - open end offset by 7.5° and the double hexagon profile - doubles the placement possibilities when repeatedly turning the wrench 180° around the longitudinal axis. Bolts and screw heads can be “accessed” every 15°. The Joker 6003 will automatically find the respective placement point after every turn. Joker 6003: For return angles of less than 30° Thanks to the open end side offset by 7.5°, double hexagon geometry and an adjusted application method (placement - screwdriving - turning - replacement - screwdriving - turning, etc), even screwdriving challenges allowing a return angle of less than 30° can be solved. Double-hex geometry The double hexagon geometry on the open end and ring sides secures the positive connection with the screw head or bolt and reduces the risk of slipping. Joker 6003: Tilted ring side The ring side is tilted at 15° to the tool axis to prevent injury. Take it easy tool finder Take it easy tool finder system - with profile and size colour-coding for quick and easy tool selection. Colour-coded system for hexagon drive screws (L-Keys, Zyklop bit sockets), external hex drive screws and nuts (Joker wrenches, Zyklop sockets and Zyklop bit sockets with holding function), and TORX® drive screws (L-Keys, Zyklop bit sockets). Suitable for docking with the Wera 2go system The Joker pouches are suitable for attachment to walls, shelves, workshop trolleys and the Wera 2go system thanks to the hook and loop fastener system on the back. Wera bits set

The ultra compact and lightweight bike tools with two quadruple bits and three tyre levers. Four different screw profiles can be operated with just one bit. Significant weight savings of over 50 %. The enormous space savings make the Bicycle Set 15 perfect for mobile use. The operability of the large profiles is made possible by the spring compression of the small tips. The bit with a 1/4“ hexagon drive (Wera connection series 1) can also be used with e.g. bit ratchets and bitholding screwdrivers with Rapidaptor. The 9504 tyre lever has a 1/4” mounting for using a 1/4“ bit. When both 9504 tyre levers are stacked together, a 4-in-1 bit can be inserted and you get a screwdriving tool. The 9505 tyre lever serves as both valve ejector and bleeder valve. The levers and 4-in-1 bits can be clipped together, so that everything is compact and nothing will be lost. Innovative, extremely compact quadruple bit – only one bit for four different screw sizes Super space- saving solution, ideal for mobile use Compact, secure and very simple retainer in the wera tyre levers The hexagon mounting of the tyre lever allows a torque of up to 10 Nm Significant weight savings and better overview of the tools when on tour Innovative, extremely compact quadruple bit – only one bit for four different screw sizes Safely lever the tyres off of the rim With the glass fibre reinforce plastic tyre levers, the tyres can be safely levered of the rim without damaging the rim. Lift off of the rim with one tyre lever, hook into a spoke and pull off the tyre with the second tyre lever. The tow tyre levers can be clicked together and are therefore not lost individually. The 9504-tyre lever with bit mounting The 1/4” Hexagon mounting in the 9504-tyre lever can mount one ¼” bit, allowing for easy connections. The 9505 tyre jack The 9505 tyre lever can be used as a valve ejector for French valves (Sclaverand) and as a bleeder for car valves. The Wera 4-in-1 bits Four screw sizes can be operated with the 4-in-1 bits 9506 and 9507. The 4-in-1 bit 9506 for four sizes of hexagonal socket screws (3.0; 4.0; 5.0; 6.0), the 4-in-1 bit 9507 for three sizes of hexagonal socket screws (2.5; 5.0; 6.0) and one size of TORX® screws (TX 25). In order to use the larger profile, continuously press against the spring tension while screwdriving so that the smaller profile is countersunk and the larger profile can be used. Tyre jack plus bit = screwdriving tool When the tyre levers 9504 are stacked together, the 4-in-1 bits can be inserted in the 1/4” holder and you get a screwdriving tool.
