Wera insulated Screwdriver

Bit holder with Rapidaptor quick-release chuck for bits with 1/4“ hexagon drive Multi-component Kraftform handle for fast and ergonomic screwdriving Hexagonal anti-roll feature against rolling away Rapidaptor technology for rapid change of the bits or blades Retractable bayonet blade High quality bit holder. The telescopic bayonet blade, which can be lowered into the handle, together with the quick-release chuck allows fast manual work even in confined installation situations. The Rapidaptor quick-release chuck enables rapid bit change without needing any special tools. The strong permanent magnet holds the bits absolutely securely. Kraftform Plus handle for pleasant, ergonomic working that makes blisters and calluses a thing of the past. Hard gripping zones for high working speeds whereas soft zones ensure high torque transfer. Suitable for bits with ¼” hexagon head drive as per DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3 (ISO 1173). The telescopic blade I When the unique telescopic blade is lowered into the handle, fast, easy screw-driving action is possible, even in the tightest spots! The telescopic blade II By pushing the clamping sleeve, the telescopic blade can be extended out of the handle and the compact tool becomes a full-sized screwdriver. The telescopic blade III If the clamping sleeve is pushed again the telescopic blade can be taken out of the handle, and be used as a machine bit adaptor. Rapid-in and self-lock The bit can be pushed into the adaptor without moving the sleeve. The lock is activated automatically as soon as the bit is applied to the screw. Bits are held securely and wobble-free. Rapid-out Simply push the sleeve forward to change the bit. The spring mechanism lifts the bit off the magnet and unlocks the tool. The bit can be easily removed. The rapid-out function makes it easy to remove even the smallest bits without extra tools. Chuck-all The Rapidaptor quick-release chucks hold ¼“ DIN ISO 1173-C 6,3 and E 6,3 as well as Wera series 1 and 4 bits. Rapid-spin The free-turning sleeve allows screw steadying at the start of the screwdriving process. This makes it easier to apply the tool to the screw and prevents slipping. It can also be used as a short extension for ¼” applications e.g. in combination with the Wera Zyklop Ratchets. Kraftform The basic idea for the prototype of the Kraftform handle - that the hand should dictate the design - has, right through to today, proved to be correct. In cooperation with the internationally recognised Fraunhofer IAO Institute, Wera developed a screwdriver handle designed to match the shape of the human hand as long ago as the 1960s. After a long development phase, the Wera Kraftform handle was launched to the market in 1968. It has been optimised through the years with new technologies, but has kept its proven shape. After all, the human hand has not changed either.

Product Description From the Manufacturer 160 i/6 Rack Screwdriver Set Kraftform Plus Series 100 + Rack Kraftform Plus screwdrivers enable a higher transfer of force with less effort, and relieve the entire hand-arm system - even with intensive use. In addition, the safety issue, always a top priority at Wera, is very much in focus for series 100 VDE screwdrivers. The quality of the blades exceeds current standards with regard to hardness and torque strength. Every tool is tested individually for dielectric strength under a load of 10,000 volts, so as to ensure safe working with loads up to 1,000 volts. The individual testing in a water bath at 10,000 volts, in accordance with DIN EN 60900 (IEC 60900:2004), ensures safe working with loads up to 1,000 volts. The outstanding design of the Kraftform handle ensures that it fits perfectly into the hand, preventing hand injuries such as blisters and calluses. The hard materials used for the handle ensure rapid hand repositioning, without any danger of the skin “sticking” to the handle. The softer “anti-slip” zones enable the low-loss transfer of high forces - resulting in less screwdriving effort being required. Impact strength tested at - 40°C. b>safety even under extreme conditions. The screw symbol and tip size identification markings on the handle make it easier to find the right screwdriver in the tool case or at the workplace. Wera tools

Article description Pouch with 89-mm long bits. Includes 816 R Kraftform holder with Rapidaptor quick-release chuck and multi-component Kraftform handle for low-fatigue working. Suitable for manual and power tool operations; 33-piece. Pouch with 89 mm-long bits Kraftform holder with Rapidaptor quick-release chuck Rapidaptor quick-release chuck allows rapid bit change Tough viscous bits for universal use Suitable for manual and power tool operations For fixed workplace locations and external sites Frequently, users have to work with their tools at a fixed workplace location as well as at external sites. Just as frequently, it is only on site that a decision is taken as to whether to work manually or with a power tool. The Kraftform Kompakt tool sets equip the user for both types of operation with just single set. Additionally, the sets are kept in belt pouches or plastic cases. This keeps them secure and clean and means that they are clearly arranged for easy tool selection, something that is very practical when they are to be used or transported. Handle/interchangeable blade system The handle/interchangeable blade system allows rapid exchange of the blades required for a wide range of applications. Manual and power tool operations The sets come with a Kraftform handle, quick-release chuck and bits for manual and power tool operations. Chuck-all The Rapidaptor quick-release chucks hold ¼“ DIN ISO 1173-C 6,3 and E 6,3 as well as Wera series 1 and 4 bits. Hex-Plus Hexagon screws can endure a problem because the contact surfaces delivering the power from the conventional tool, is transferred to the screw via very small surface areas. The consequence: the screw can become damaged (rounding out). Hex-Plus tools have a greater contact surface that prevents this from happening! At the same time, as much as 20 % more torque can be applied. Good to know: Hex-Plus tools fit into every standard hexagon socket screw! The TRI-WING screwdriving system The TRI-WING® screwdriving system is mainly found in aviation and household technology (here e.g. on live components). The asymmetric arrangement of the three profile flanks prevents the use of anything other than the original tools. The high-precision Wera profile design ensures a secure fit of the tool in the head of the screw. The blades are manufactured out of bit material. The Wera know-how with regard to the hardening technology ensures a long service life of the tool. TORQ-SET Mplus Wera developed the Mplus profile with stronger flanks compared with tools with a conventional TORQ-SET® profile. This results in approximately 70 % extra torsional strength and greatly extends the service life of Wera Mplus tools. Storage and transport The tools can be stored and carried either in a solid plastic case or a robust pouch. In this way the tool is always to hand. CP-327

The Proskit Fiber Optic Stripper is a specialized hand tool designed for stripping the protective coatings and jackets off fiber optic cables without damaging the delicate fibers inside. This tool is essential for professionals working in the field of fiber optics, ensuring a clean and accurate stripping process for successful fiber optic terminations and splicing. Key Features: Precision Stripping: The Proskit Fiber Optic Stripper is engineered to remove the outer protective layers of fiber optic cables, such as the buffer coating, jacket, and sometimes the aramid (Kevlar) fibers, with great precision. This ensures that the internal fiber strands are not damaged during the stripping process. Multiple Stripping Capacities: The tool typically offers multiple stripping stages, allowing it to handle various fiber optic cable types. It can strip different layers like the outer jacket, inner buffer, and coating, making it versatile for different tasks in fiber optic installation. Sharp, High-Quality Blades: The stripper features sharp, high-quality steel blades designed to provide clean, straight cuts, reducing the risk of damaging the internal fibers.
